This month, Guild Wars 2 started it's bi-monthly update installments of their Living Story. Not going into detail of the content itself, but from the first two episodes, it is a vast improvement from what they have done in Season One. They upped their game in story writing as well giving characters and the plot more depth. They have done enough where I can log in every two weeks, spend a couple hours playing through the episode and be content with the time I spent.

Most of my posts for Guild Wars 2 will be on my tumblr, but I'll be sure to post regularly of what I enjoyed in each episode here.

When I started this blog last year, I used it as an outlet to share a lot of things that I enjoyed and meant a lot of things personal/non-personal. A lot of it was music, adventures here and there and being a foodie. Then earlier this year, I took a few months off from blogging (ties more into me forgetting my instagram password/e-mail when I uninstalled it for lent >_>) until recently at a gathering, some of my friends were asking me to share my music finds again.

So with almost a clean slate, I am re-opening my blog to share my love for music and other media things (mostly gaming and food) to everyone and casually be vague with any personal content. Changed my icon, cover photo to reflect it music/media friendliness. When I'm not entirely lazy I'll figure out my instagram stuff as I don't want to make an entirely new account. With that, I believe I can express and reflect myself through audio media than photography. They say a picture says a thousand words, but a song can resonate through souls.

Let me start out with the gif. It's from the latest episode of Space Dandy where Dandy transfer to a high school somewhere in the galaxy. The whole episode seemed like it came from High School Musical. I was quite impressed with the Dub version too.

Tonight I give you some of the greatness of Saint Pepsi. I followed this artist around where he blew up in the Vaporwave scene. Then he dabbles in other electro and funk things and they are all pretty damn good. I can easily create a Sunday playlist from his set of songs from a chill Sunday afternoon to a low key yet energetic evening back to wind down music and possibly throw in the quiet storm slow jam if lovers are in the mood. He's versatile and his music spans a wide spectrum. He's not a big time, main stream artist but he's got my respect.

I can't believe I've been listening to Humming Urban Stereo for 10 years already! The reform album for their 10th year anniversary is on point bring fresh funk to their songs that I have loved and enjoyed. Great late night song to enjoy with someone :D

Kiesza - Giant In My Heart

Digging Kiesza's voice and 90's House-esque style. Great music to start dancing to on them Saturday nights out in town.

While many like to share experiences through pictures and videos, I enjoy sharing mine through audio. To me, music and sound is what I can capture a moment, memory most clearly. Listening to music also helps drive my imagination and inspirations.

On that note, this is for all the visitors who are in San Diego this weekend for Comic Con. I know the SDCC is all busy, fun, lots of things to explore inside the grand convention center. But if you do have the time, do enjoy what San Diego has to offer :D

Lastly, Robotaki never fails to amaze me and he provides all the groove and funk needed for any occasion hah.

A little fusion of anime and music today. Comic Con San Diego this weekend and Sailor Moon being big again. Cool stuff. Also I enjoy Yung Bae's retro wave vibes and his love for Sailor Jupiter, one of the cooler Sailor Scouts imo. And #WaifuPillowBoyz because Yung Bae be cool like that hah.
