I turned 30 last Friday but thanks to family and friends the last week and some felt like a parade of celebrations. And so begins life of the dirty 30's as I have a list of things I want to do I'm going to do. With the support and love of family and friends I know my 30's will be a walk in the park :D

For lunch today I got spend some time with my youngest sister who just officially finished college, yay! It's nice talking about the little things in life and while enjoying the food. Roasted Turkey and Irish Fries from Bruxie was on point and my sister had their new chicken tenders, which was equally amazing. The fact it was fresh and tender blows my perception of what chicken tenders are supposed to be forever. After lunch we headed next door to Cream for a creamy dessert (heh, see what I did there).Anyways, another great little birthday event which I enjoyed wholeheartedly.

One more post for the afternoon I promise. Last Friday I survived an alcoholic onslaught of what was expected from my friends for some of us March babies. Amazingly I survived without having to puke my guts over or have a black out. One thing for sure though, I'm not touching another glass of alcohol until this Friday and hopefully my family and best friends won't put me through another chug and drink gauntlet.

If I had the time and patience, I would take a sunset picture everyday. Something about sunsets just calms your nerves and lets you wind down and relax from a busy day. That goes hand in hand with the company you're with too at the time.

The other thing that has kept me calm and relaxed is the release of Red Velvet's new song, Automatic. While their other release Ice Cream Cake was hyped up more (a good upbeat dance song btw) I love this style of R&B as it's a wonderful blend of sweet and sultry.

Thank you thank you for the early birthday present from an awesome and lovely somebody ;D Really quite the surprise you would remember such a small piece of conversation of my found enjoyment of paragliding after doing a college project on it a while ago. Goes for show, listeners get all the cool points because it is the little details that can make a huge impact. Most deserving of my loving later on ::) Also thank you Torrey Pines Gliderport for the good times.

It is pretty good timing for things to heat up since this weekend is CRSSD. Back to Beshken, I find his work to be very clean and crisp. Some side notes, I had the whole Coachella Selection post idea lined up but there were a number of important things that came up so I'm sorry if any of my readers were waiting for more as most likely I won't be able to. I will however be updating the track list for Coachella Selection on my soundcloud account. Also, I had several music-to-personal post ideas for my coming of age into my 30's but that will be condensed significantly or tossed (so sad). Well, just stay tuned and enjoy the ride :D

My going rate for helping you paint your room isn't cheap. For prepping and painting the majority of the walls I require a healthy and heavy dosage of some Future Bass, watch you attempt to perfectly get all those wall corners and the dreaded wall to ceiling nooks, followed by a delicious fine dining and then some.

Enjoy this "on fleek" Future Bass track from Coyote Kisses titled "Ferrari" (my sister will kill me if she knew I use 'on fleek' more frequently now but it's for sarcasm though). I think I'll be using this personal photo posts with music format more. My recent music posts I'd include my instagram photos already but it was more for the headline shot. But now, I'll try to blend and fuse personal moments in my life with the music I enjoy. As much as I like to share on social medias such as instagram, I really enjoy sharing music too. Call me old school but blogging for me still relates to me on a more personal level than any other of today's social outlets. You'll probably learn more of what I've been up to from my blog than anything else honestly. Also there's more to a song than the 15s I choose to put on instagram (damn you limiting factors).

I've been enjoying afternoon dates a lot lately. Mostly because of the company and it is prime Spring/Summer beach weather right now. Also who doesn't enjoy the fresh open air and walks on the beach and boardwalk? And since I'm not posting on the instagram accounts during Lent, I'll somewhat continue to post would-be-instagram-posts here.

Doing a little bit of early Spring cleaning/organizing on my HDDs before heading out for some Sunday afternoon fun. I have quite a bit of meant-to-post-on-my-instagrams-videos from my phone which were sitting quietly on my cloud and drives. Seeing that sharing is caring, I've uploaded them onto one of my YouTube Accounts.

And why not just post them on instagram itself? Because first I did give up instagram for Lent and have been good not logging into my accounts. Secondly, it would be tedious to send the videos back to my phone and post it to appropriate instagram account. Therefore I decided to combine it all to one convenient place, the YouTube-verse. One irk I do have is that quality didn't transition well to the YouTube video encodings, but I suppose it's a tradeoff for the luxury of everything being in one place.

I didn't upload everything and most of it are the 15 sec snippets to the Festivals, Clubs and Shows I've attended last year. The video titles are also encrypted to somewhat protect the privacy of my friends/family as the main outlet should be through this blog.
